Oxwich Castle, Gower (AW1901c)

I took this photo in fleeting winter sunlight in the afternoon on 27th January 2019, at SS4973086280. Oxwich Castle isn't strictly a castle, although it was built on the site of a former medieval castle. The current building is a fortified manor house, built in the 16th century by Sir Rice Mansel and his son Edward, descendents of whom still own it. Canon EOS 7D, Canon EF-S 10-22mm lens at 15mm, Manfrotto tripod. Exposure F11 at 1/125 second.
