This was taken just before sunset on 3rd December 2016, when the sun only appeared for a couple of minutes. Luckily, this happened just before the rock I was standing on became completely cut off by the tide. Minchin Hole is just to the east of Foxhole Bay, near Pennard, Gower; this photo was taken at NGR SS5552786829. In a booklet titled "The Caves of Gower", published by the Gower Society, Benard Morris reported that bones of reindeer, cave bear, wolf, hyaena, bison, lion, soft-nosed rhinoceros and straight-tusked elephant have been found in this cave. Canon EOS 7D, Canon EF-S 10-22mm lens at 10mm, Manfrotto tripod. Exposure F11 at 1/15sec. Original image in Raw format.
